G-ZNO – Zinc Oxide

G-ZNO Zinc Oxide-Eugenol Cement is recommended to be used as a temporary filling material and as a primer filler under a permanent cement material. It is offered in powder and liquid form.

Powder and liquid are mixed to a fairly firm consistency that can be easily filled into a cavity as a temporary filling or lining material. When used as a temporary filling material, it is strong enough to withstand masticatory forces for a limited time. However, it can be easily removed before applying the final filling material.

G-ZNO Zinc Oxide-Eugenol Cement belongs to the filler group with the most appropriate biological properties with antiseptic and anodyne properties. pH 7-8. For this reason, it can be used safely as a primer filler and heat insulator for flake protection in deep cavities. The setting time in the mouth is approximately 2 minutes.
